Good point. And I do remember W moving on 9/11. Hindsight is 20-20, but if I were him at the time, I would have refused. Get the VP and the Speaker of the House to a remote place. But then lead by example.

IIRC he had no say in the matter. Secret Service were the ones wanting to keep him moving that day.
