Russia’s FSB security service has opened a criminal case for armed mutiny against Wagner’s Yevgeny Prigozhin after the mercenary chief accused the Russian military of targeting his forces and vowed to “destroy” his rivals, in an unprecedented escalation of infighting among Russia’s elite.
The FSB said that Prigozhin’s statements “had no basis” adding that it had launched a criminal inquiry.
The FSB later added that Prigozhin’s statements and actions constituted “calls for the start of an armed civil conflict on the territory of the Russian Federation.”
The security service urged Wagner fighters “not to make irreparable mistakes, to stop any forceful actions against the Russian people, not to carry out the criminal and treacherous orders of Prigozhin, and to take measures to detain him.”

Prigozhin, via AP Wagner channel, calls for Rosgvardia to join him, or “things will go badly”:

Rumors FSB just tried to arrest Prigo in St Petersburg but he evaded arrest thanks to help from supporters in the city. Things seem to be escalating and moving quickly.
“Wagner” is done. Bled out in the mud of Ukraine. I’m expecting Prigozhin to mysteriously escape and set up shop in Africa again. Then all of Russia’s useful fools will swear he has gone rogue and is not acting on behalf of the Russian state.
Wagner fighters en route to Rostov area while there were reports a few hours ago that Russian IL-76 troop transport planes were also heading to Rostov area.
Lukashenko and family have just fled Minsk on a private plane for Moscow.
