Here’s the Florida plan from the CLUB. ♦Carve out the largest voter population center of Miami-Dade from the GOP nomination (that’s what Suarez is for). ♦Change the Florida primary rules from the current ‘winner-take-all,’ so that delegates are distributed ‘proportionately’ (will happen rules). ♦Split the remainder of the state votes between DeSantis and Trump, permitting DeSantis to carry out delegates with a 2nd place finish.

He also predicts that FL will now change their delegates rule.....to end up splitting their delegates between Pres Trump and which ever UniParty R may be in second place.
They can’t win by playing by the rules, so....they have to change them.
According to Wikipedia, this guy has allegedly been involved in vote fraud benefiting his father, also a Miami mayor. His father was thrown out of office.

As I wrote earlier, a vanity run. Wastes everyone’s money.
Remember that they switched Florida from proportional to winner take all between 2012 and 2016 (and doubled its delegate count), to help Florida governor Jeb! secure the nomination.
But that plan backfired when Jeb! withdrew after South Carolina. Then they turned to Rubio to secure Florida for a non-Trump candidate.
Now they’re reversing that to secure Florida for a non-Trump candidate.
Whatever it takes is their motto.
Everything these people do, Democrat or the GOPe, only increases the supports for Pres Trump.
Megan Kelly summed it up nicely when she schooled Rubin.
Who? Try running for governor first.
