So if Grassley is so great, when did he find out about this and why did he hold onto it ?

It’s called setting up your opponent to find out what he fears the most and doesn’t want you to know. The redacted parts of the memo were obviously considered by Wray to be too damning to release even to Congress. When comparing the redacted portions to unredacted portions Grassley knows exactly what it is and why Wray was trying to hide it. We know nothing is going to happen but it’s great seeing Wray’s corrupt criminal state of mind.
Baloney. They had the info in 2018. That means that the entire time of Trump’s “phone call” Vindman Impeachment, they KNEW he was innocent and being impeached because he was gathering evidence of Biden’s crime.
Then they kept it from the voters for the 2018 election where we lost the congress, and the 2020 election they stole.
Inexcusable that it was not released. And this was the reason for the raid on Mar A Lago. They were terrified Trump had this information also.
The Deep State has had this stuff for years, but has decided to leak it out now to make sure Biden doesn’t run again.
