No they don't they only have one tank factory that can only turn out 20 tanks a month. they are losing 150 a month. They also do not have access to some western suppliers for high tech so the tanks they are putting out are not as good as what they had. This is why they using obsolete tanks. You basically believe what you want to believe and you want to believe that Russia is winning. shame on you!
