Why was an oil tanker stopped underneath the I-95 bridges? Is that report of a dashcam video really true?
I am not a great believer in "accidents" and "coincidences" these days.
Why is it terrible that an oil tanker is driving off 95 at an intersection?
I heard it was a crash, or just caught fire.
Otherwise, what is the big deal?
