because racist graffiti artists are always careful to use non-offensive terms like “latinos”.
This was a rather lackluster attempt at faking a hate crime. If he substituted SP*C, WETBACK or BEANER it would've been a little more impressive. Hell, that incident at LAX in 1989 when Morton Downey Jr faked getting roughed up and painted a backwards swastika on his forehead was more believable.
