He’d only have access to this if he had a clearance and the need to know. I had all kinds of clearances when I was in the USAF, and even if I had the clearance level, if I didn’t have the need to know, I didn’t have access.
If like they say he’s at Bragg or around there he would have access to siprnet. Not much different than reality winters back in the day.
