IT could be literally anything, an FBI/CIA op for whatever reason, which is what I’m leaning toward, or the kid did it but for some screwed up reasoning, which I’m NOT leaning toward or who in hell knows what.
It already doesn’t pass the smell test and that’s why I think the CIA is involved.
