Good catch. My old O/S wouldn’t run that video, but in the still photo it was obviously not an AR (or an AK as had been reported by the MNPD).
The gun doesn’t have mental issues. The scum holding it and pulling the trigger is what needs to be banned.
Can verify, as I own one. They are also available in .40 S&W, but I’m pretty sure this is 9mm.

Looks like an AR lower, but the rest looks funky. Don’t know whether the magazine is an AR 5.56mm magazine or a lookalike holding another caliber. Maybe someone else here is familiar with something like it.
