Revelations of the sheer number of FBI informants involved in the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot have shaken a trial of members of the Proud Boys in Washington, DC, as one FBI informant had infiltrated the defense team.
As Julie Kelly, who has covered the January 6 trials extensively, reports, there are at least ten informants now known to have been involved in the Proud Boys — more than twice the five defendants who are on trial.
One shocking revelation last week was that one FBI informant, Jen Loh, a member of Latinos for Trump, had been in close contact with the defendants and their legal team throughout the trial, potentially compromising their constitutional rights.
If the government had spied on discussions among the defendants and their lawyers by using an informant, that would violate the attorney-client privilege and the Sixth Amendment.

This entire process, lasting far past anyone’s definition of a speedy trial under conditions of due process, simply reeks of political revenge. The MSM often refers to Jan 6 as an “insurrection”, but the bombing of police stations and torching a dozen cities by Antifa and BLM is labeled a “protest”. Tell me the media’s not biased.
Heck the whole J6 crowd was soaked with government agency people of one stripe or another.

Here is my primary question regarding the J6 protest. Many, if not all, of those imprisoned and later convicted, were charged with trespassing on Capitol grounds or in the building itself. If the capitol police opened one door and made it possible for one J6 participant to enter the capitol building unimpeded and by invitation, then how is it possible for the government to charge anyone with trespassing? We have all seen video of just such events taking place.
The guy with the painted face, bare torso, and viking horn hat is Exhibit A. The video of him being escorted around the capitol building by capitol police as his tour guides blows every trespassing charge brought against any defendant completely out of the water.
Why are the federal judges presiding over these trials prostituting themselves on the altar of corruption for the benefit of the Democrats and destroying the faith and confidence of the American people in our justice system?

Apparently most Proud Boys are in fact FBI agents.
Those are the ones who ought to be on trial and locked up for a few decades.
