AOC is on the House floor flailing around like a chicken again, this time over a Republican-sponsored bill that would -gasp- give parents more of a say in their children's education. Specifically:
"The Parents Bill of Rights has 5 pillars to ensure parents have the right to have a voice in their kids' education: Right to know what's being taught in schools and to see reading material; Right to be heard; Right to see school budget and spending; Right to protect their child's privacy; [and] Right to be updated on any violent activity at school."
This is, of course, horrifying to Marxists, so the Bolshy Boriqua took the floor and said she wants "Republicans to keep culture wars out of classrooms!" and then calls for "freedom over fascism!" ... which are basically the two least self-aware comments I've ever heard anyone utter in my life.

Off topic, but there a judicial hearing recently, where Senator John Kennedy exposed the lack of legal knowledge of a Biden nominee to the federal courts.
Some supposedly well educated people are really not too smart in the ways of the world.
