A Manhattan grand jury meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Trump 'hush-money' case. Wednesday's grand jury session has been canceled, high-ranking law enforcement sources tell Insider. The panel is not expected to vote by week's end, even if they reconvene on Thursday, one source said.

DA getting a reality check that he reached too far in what hopefully is a career-ending move on his part. I bet every leading Democrat who can talk to him is saying Stop! He’ll now find a face-saving way to carry this on to extract more from Trump but likely no indict him.

The problem is that there’s *no* downside for any prosecutor who charges DJT. It’s not as if they’d lose their job...be sued...go to jail. At least the first one would get a $20 million book deal.
I don’t know about that. I think there are DAs all over the country who would want to make their bones on Trumps hide, but which one of them would want to be first? If Bragg is crawfishin’ and bows out, nobody will take up his torch. None want to be first, but they’ll kill each other to be second.
