Robert Costello, the former legal advisor to ex-Trump attorney Michael Cohen, appeared before the grand jury in the Manhattan District Attorney’s investigation into former President Trump Monday, and testified that Cohen is a "serial liar."
Costello said he testified to the grand jury Monday that Trump did not know about the payments made by Cohen to Stormy Daniels.
"There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Michael Cohen has great difficulty telling the truth," Costello said. "He is, after all a convicted perjurer, and our track record with Mr. Cohen convinced us that he was a serial liar."
Cohen's statement came after Costello's press conference, in which he recalled a key interaction he had with Cohen in April 2018 at Cohen’s request.
"Michael was in a manic state. He told us that he had contemplated suicide, that he had been up on the roof of the Regency Hotel the weekend before, seriously considering jumping off because he couldn’t face the enormity of the legal problems he knew were coming his way," Costello recalled, reminding that, at the time, Cohen’s office and home had been searched by the FBI, but had yet to be charged with any crimes.

Cohen went on CNN or MSNBC tonight and said he never waived a privilege with Lawyer Costello.

Cohen openly said he would do or say anything to get Trump.
I saw the Tucker interview. Costello is a RIGHTEOUS and COURAGEOUS MAN. I recommend all FReepers listen to Tucker’s interview of him.

He just testified on Tucker Carlson, and I do mean testified. It is apparent that Cohen made a deal with Bragg to say anything that would help indict Trump, in order to stay out of jail. Now was he also directed from the White House injustice Department? Trump should start planning a billion dollar lawsuit against the City and State of New York, or perhaps 100 Billion for false arrest, harassment, abuse of power, etc., and in Federal Court, perhaps in another federal jurisdiction.
Cohen is suicidal said he would never serve a day in jail any rational DA would never rely on someone like that but Bragg could care less about the truth he ran on getting trump and Biden and hid cronies demanded it get done to cover up the Biden family crimes

That is exactly right. Cohen wants his get out of jail free card, and helping to indict Trump is his ticket.

If bragg is stoopid enough (or bought & paid for enough) to pursue this matter, he’ll find out what the trump quick sand is all about
Plus trump’s attorneys were provided with all the same evidence that he gave to the DA
