Trump insists 'there was no crime, period' and now says Manhattan's Democratic prosecutors should be investigated for 'interfering' with the election - as White House says it is NOT preparing for riots if ex-president is arrested

Former President Donald Trump insisted on Sunday there 'was no crime' involved with payments he allegedly made to porn star Stormy Daniels as he demanded that New York's Democratic prosecutors be investigated for 'interfering' with the election.

The former president has said he expects to be arrested as early as Tuesday on New York state charges related to a payment he made ahead of the 2016 presidential election, as he urged his supporters to 'protest, protest, protest.'

Prosecutors argue that he violated a New York law which prohibits falsifying business records when he marked a $130,000 payment to Daniels as 'legal expenses.'

But Trump on Sunday claimed he is not guilty of committing any crime, not even a misdemeanor, as he blasted 'prosecutorial misconduct and interference with an election.

'Investigate the investigators,' he urged, though White House officials say they are not anticipating violent riots if Trump is arrested.

Meanwhile, Pantifa is gearing up for whatever. I’d love run them over with a steamroller.

No need to riot. There are so many things that can be done as a protest, without resorting to riots...It’s easy and fun to be creative.

Oh, so this means the scumbag FBI and unintelligent agencies are not able to rapidly deploy their operatives among peaceful MAGA protestors to cause violence.

I can still see that broad going after Kavanaugh in that squeaky baby voice. Liars seem to do well on Dem juries....aka...committees.

Is that what this is all about? This whole legal investigation and possible prosecution of Trump, is about the accountants recording a “legal settlement” or “non disclosure agreement” as a “legal expense”, rather than as a “legal settlement”??? Am I reading this correctly?

The payment was part of a legal agreement being made between the parties involved. Are we really trying to say, that the wording of the type of expense in financial reporting is an issue with requires a trial in a courtroom, with a judge and jury, to settle issues surrounding how we describe the title of an expenditure????

Some questions:

What "law" do the Dems claim Trump has broken?

Is there really such a law? Where? Chapter and verse, please.

Is that "law" constitutional?

Is that law being misinterpreted / misapplied?

Are they selectively enforcing the law to get Trump?
i.e. If any Democrat had done the same thing, would they go after him/her with such fervor?

If I protest, I want to be able to fight the right battle.

Thinking people (which amazingly includes a couple of Democrats I know), realize the big issue here isn’t about Trump. It’s about the radical Left using the color of authority to demonize its opponents, or prospective opponents.

EVERY Republican (or even moderate Democrat) officeholder should face the fact that if the Left can get away with doing this to Donald Trump, they can do it to anyone. ANYONE. And they would, in a second.

You nailed it. It is a craven act to incarcerate a political foe. The FBI and DOJ are wanting another January 6th.

Eighty-seven thousand new "Shoot to kill" IRS agents hired?

Remember how much ammo the gov acquired under Obama/Biden?

Since the last one flopped, do they want a new insurrection ?

It will get down to nailing trump for j walking in 1977. They know he’s a threat and they need to eliminate the threat. I only wish that trump did them all in the first time around, hopefully he will do it the second time

Repeat LOUD and OFTEN.............................

Fight now or later. This may be the defining moment. You can’t stop a fight but you can choose the timing and circumstances. I think this is intentional on Trumps part and we need to find our part in this.

The U.S. Capitol Police have had a regional field office on Falkenberg Rd. in Hillsborough County shared with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s “Office Of Intelligence” since July of 2021, with the blessings of U.S. Rep Kathy Castor. Their excuse is they are “protecting” a Congressional district. Gov. DeSantis has done nothing about this. I’d thought if there were going to be any protests when/if Trump is/was arrested, they ought to occur at the Democrat Party county headquarters on N. 56th Street in Temple Terrace. However, since the U.S. Capitol Police have a very real presence here, anyone caught protesting a Grand Jury order runs the very real risk of arrest and indefinite incarceration. Guys be careful.

Just wait ‘til they’re standing in front of a steamroller, and then pay Stormy to shake her stuff and turn the steamroller operator’s head around, and then whatever happens happens. How to get an antifa to stand in front of a steamroller? Just stick a red hat on the operator’s head.
