It should be noted that CNN and MSNBC don’t show the text messages and other communications. They simply tell their viewers what to think, err, believe/feel. That’s all part of the playbook that includes anonymous sources, government stenography, and videos/communications lacking context or being edited to push an agenda. FoxNews is not immune to this either.

There’s no excuse for this. These networks have 24 hours per day to go into detail, but all they do is superficially push the same several stories with limited facts repeatedly until interest wanes. I have to think that some viewers keep watching because they hope to see more detail, but eventually these viewers lose interest and hence the networks move to their next set of stories to push so that they can keep people watching. It’s sickening that people don’t recognize that they are being manipulated.
