Ask the survivors of the Buffalo Blizzard of 2023 how they feel about being totally dependent on aerial power lines
for heat when the electrical power goes out.
I am sure they will say a mouthful, since elecrical contractors are contractually forbidden to operate "cherry picker" aerial buckets in more than 35 mile per hour winds.
