“Skip Henderson said he was tired of ‘seeing folks...reach for a gun’ after a minor dispute,”
He’s absolutely correct.
Dis your girl? Reach for that gun.
Misidentify your wheels as 18 inch when they be 22 inch? Reach for that gun.
Want a new pair of sneakers? Reach for that gun.
New phone? TV? reach for that gun.
New album dropped? Reach for that gun
When it’s looked at like this mayor is looking at it, it makes sense. These animals have no respect for life AT ALL. Life sucks so much for them that they want it eliminated wherever it can be eliminated. Their souls are nothing but swiss cheese amounts of empty holes.
Generations of people, 3 generations deep now, of people who are completely lost. Have no idea where they are going, no idea what they truly want and are now willingly handing their own lives over to pursue the goals of others.
And “others” are more than happy to fulfill that request. The media will direct them, with ease, to protest american institutions, hate the opinions and perspectives of the wise and seek out and buy $600 shoes, $200 pants and shirts, and $120,000 Range Rovers.
It’s nuts.
Old judge Barrow was quiet the gentleman and made his rulings based upon the law. There are no more Democrats such as him in the legal profession in Athens, GA.
ARGH! I hate to find typos and grammatical errors after hitting “post”!
“Quite” the gentleman...not “quiet”.
Yes indeed!
Blame (and, maybe, punish) the morons who voted for them...
The old expression comes to mind: “You made your bed, now sleep in it...
I can solve this puzzle...............
Once the race is known, they will blame the gun. Watch and see
As in Orwell's 1984 we learn to understand the news by noticing what is not said.
He lamented the ‘particularly troubling’ incident as being a part of the nation’s youth crisis.
**************************************************************
Hey IDIOT! It’s NOT a “youth crisis”. It’s a “no fathers crisis” resulting from LBJ era democrats taking fathers out of black families aided and abetted by weak, rubber spined Republicans. .
What the hell were any of them doing out at 10 at night?
‘Rat Urban Utopia.
More importantly, where were the parents?!
'It takes our entire community effort to combat gun violence in our city ... The entire village has a responsibility because incidents like this impact all of us.'
Not the morgue. No one was killed in this shoot out.
I’m not a racist.
I despise Democrats,
that cause all the problems.
AA lock step vote Democrat.
My aplogies if that observation bothers you.
I don’t like the white Democrats either.
We’d all be better off without them.
I used Google Maps street view and every customer at the pumps was exactly what you guessed.
I lived in Columbus for four years. Warm Springs and St. Mary’s were two exits you wanted to avoid. I had business on Victory Drive, otherwise I would have avoided that, too.
Veterans Pkwy, Moon Road and Double Churches were OK. Also, a lot of good black folks in Columbus, including some of my co-workers and my boss.
Back in 91 when on leave between basic training and advanced training, we were warned about Columbus. I can imagine it is a whole lot worse these days.
And find out why and how a 5 year old was there at 10:00 PM.
It’s the democrats’ fault.
Talked to a fellow a few weeks ago about thee most dangerous and sinister thing facing mankind these days.
It is immorality.
Morals are so that children are not taught by either parent, and many only have one parent.
And the clergy is mainly responsible.
Why should he? He’s right.
Let’s see how long you last in somalia.
