I used to say that about my all-day coffee drinking, after dinner too!
I also did lots of LSD, -—NO NOT THAT!
LONG SLOW DISTANCE running.
Then one day about an hour out, I could not catch a breath???
Stop running and I was fine???
Next day same.
A visit to my internist/cardiologist and his treadmill.
I sign a statement saying, “ONE IN 10,000 HAVE SYMPTOMS OF SUDDEN DEATH”.
After a while and the treadmill elevated substantially, the monitors in front of me started to beep and blink arrhythmia!
I felt fine.
My Doc ask if I would continue until the breathing problem; OK.
Now an alarm in the hall started and people were checking in.
Finally, I simply could not breathe!!!!!!
The Doc hit the stop button and before the treadmill was down to the flat position...
MY Doc said “CLASSIC SYMPTOMS OF EXCESS CAFFEINE”!
Only affects about 20% of coffee drinkers.
I now only drink one mug each morning and have no problems.
