Biden just endorsed the idea that white people are rigging the system against minorities. That's a damnable lie and he knows it.

This is feeding the anger and resentment that people of all colors have against innocent white people who live next door, who sit in class next to them, and who work alongside them.

This is the direct cause of violence in the streets directed toward white people.

On top of that, it tells minorities that they are doomed to failure because the system is rigged against them.
