I was reading earlier today that he is also coming to Texas. To do some GOP fundraising.

Look. If this isn’t obvious that DeSantis is setting himself up for a presidential run, then nothing is.

So. I wonder when he will be making a trip to New Hampshire?

Poll: DeSantis beating Trump among Alabama Republicans

FEBRUARY 1, 2023

https://aldailynews.com/early-poll-desantis-beating-trump-among-alabama-republicans/

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – A recent poll of Alabama Republican Primary voters shows Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis leading former President Donald Trump by almost 20 points in a hypothetical matchup for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024.

A full 50% of those surveyed said they would either definitely or probably vote for DeSantis, while just 31% said they would definitely or probably vote for Trump.

Alabama isn’t the only state where Trump support is hollowing out. Last week, a University of New Hampshire poll showed DeSantis leading Trump 42% to 30% among Republican voters in the Granite State. And a South Carolina Policy Center survey of Republican voters showed DeSantis leading Trump 52% to 33% in a head-to-head match-up. Both New Hampshire and South Carolina are key early presidential primary states.

Trump should take the high road and not attack personally ’ DeSantis if he runs. On any issues they differ that’s fine, let er rip. But if he starts attacking him
Personally, then he will alienate a lot of people in his base. As to the rest of any of potential candidates, they’re probably RINOs and they should get the full treatment that they deserve. Just MHO.

DeSantis should be going to California and NY and Illinois and all the other liberal states. Those are the states in most need of help.

I’m sure Newsome would welcome him with open arms (the deadly kind).

Trump can't dare bring attention to where they differ, because DeSantis wins going away. From Trump's devotion to vaccines, to his love of LGBTQ parties at his resort, to how Trump refuses to admit that there were at least some bad people at J6, Trump doesn't have any issues that he can stand on high conservative ground verses DeSantis. So instead, he's trying personal insults, name calling, and hypocritical boomerang attacks such as claiming that DeSantis was the first to institute lockdowns, etc, which are easily proven falsehoods. It's really the only cards he has to play.

Kinda early, being that it is at least 6 years in advance.

Heh, heh, heh. You funny. 6 years?

So who do you want to see in the WH in ‘24? At the rate Trump is self imploding - you know it won’t be him.

People in Florida aren’t going to like it if DeSantis runs and doesn’t serve the years we all campaigned for him and voted for him. During the debate with Charlie Crist he asked DeSantis if he was running and DeSantis got a funny blank stare and refused to answer. Kari Lake was asked and was quick to answer that she would not do that to her voters. I wish DeSantis would have had the courage to have done that.

” Trump’s devotion to vaccines, to his love of LGBTQ parties at his resort, to how Trump refuses to admit that there were at least some bad people at J6, “

This...and include Neville Trump would give Putin everything he wants.

Hope DeSantis Runs
