I want someone with firm views. I don’t have to agree with everything they say. But I do not want squishy people who test which way the wind is blowing, or “walk back” their initial position to something a little “safer”. I want someone who lays it out there without fear. I’ll vote for Trump in 2024 even if it’s a write-in.

Hogan said enough support for Trump to get the checks to roll in to help him change his mind.
Let me guess, he agreed to it on a “conservative” show and walked it back on a Liberal show. This is why we want Trump. He doesn’t say one thing to Levin and another thing to Scarborough. Can’t think of another politician for which that can be said in this day and age. Maybe Bernie Sanders

Regarding hopeful Trump 47, the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties continue trying to sweep under the carpet major state noncompliance with the 12th Amendment (electoral vote process) just as they did on J6 when Democrats and RINOs voted to ignore allegations of state ballot box fraud that probably also violated Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.

"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added], ..."

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]"."Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Nowhere in 12A does it say that constitutionally undefined political parties will select the candidates that electors can vote for.
Also, so-called state winner-take-all laws violate 12A (imo) because the states surrendered their power to make such laws when they ratified the Constitution and later 12A.
In fact, Justice Joseph Story had cautioned about political parties dividing a state's electoral votes, neutralizing a state's electoral votes by doing so.
"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote [emphasis added], while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833."
Also, note that the states have never expressly constitutionally given ordinary qualified citizen voters the specific power to vote for president like citizens have for voting for members of Congress.
In other words, our power to vote for president is arguably a smoke and mirrors abuse of 10th Amendment-protected state powers intended to give voters the mistaken idea that they are in control of the Oval Office.
In fact, our politically correct power to vote for president probably gave activist states the incentive to allegedly cheat the ballot box in 2020 and 2022 elections.
Also regarding Section 2 of 14A, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats, Fontes a Democrat, are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!
"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives
The corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties are arguably keeping the Civil War alive, trying to flip the outcome of that war in favor of Democrats and RINOS having permanent control of federal and state governments.

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.
