Ron DeSantis Planning Texas Visit to Help GOP Fundraising

Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis plans to visit Texas next month to help raise money for the Republican Party in various counties, The Texas Tribune reported.
Sources initially told the Tribune that DeSantis will headline the Harris County GOP's Lincoln Reagan Dinner on March 3 and then appear at the Reagan Day Dinner in Dallas County on March 4.
The county parties on Wednesday confirmed the visits by DeSantis, who's considered a potential contender for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

Although money raised at the dinners will benefit the county parties, DeSantis' appearances will give the governor a chance to meet with GOP power donors in Houston and Dallas.

I am getting turned off by Ron Desantis. All of the retards pushing him on FR have ruined it, at least for me. I hope after Trump’s second term that in ‘28 we can get someone else to run.

Trump was president and couldn’t win a second term. Cheating or not, he didn’t stop it. You think he could stop it now while not in office?
Trump has very high negatives. Much of that is on him. It’s not on any of us. It’s on him.
Tell us exactly what DeSantis has done that makes him such a weak candidate. Tell his what he’s done wrong that’s hurt your feelings.

Trump is going to get the nomination PERIOD. Desantis should be promoting/helping Trump and also at the same making it clear he is not running in '24. Desantis is not uniting the MAGA movement around Trump. Desantis is dividing us and playing it coy. As such the GOP will continue to tacitly support Desantis and divide us further. Ron is not stupid and I know he knows what he is doing. F him.
If you don't think Trump can win and overcome Democrat shenanigans in '24 then the Florida Mini MAGA has no chance in hell to ever win.

He’s not a weak candidate or done anything wrong.
I’m an “Only Trump Guy” who wants not only DeSantos in the primaries but all the other talent that Ryan & Ass Hutchinson keep talking about.
Republican voters deserve a lot of choices in 2024.
Lets see how they measure up against the 45th President.

They have cotton in their ears & are blind to reality, so they chase the latest shiny fad candidates around, hoping & praying American politics returns to a normal pattern.(It won’t)
Eventually their choices will be trimmed and they’ll have to decide whether Trump or Biden/Harris is in the White House.
Some will become Biden/Harris Republicans, but most will make the more rational choice of supporting the guy who keeps winning Republican Primaries.(The 45th President)
