The Justice Department on Monday told House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan that it could not disclose information related to the special counsel investigation into President Biden’s improper retention of classified documents because doing so could jeopardize the probe. Jordan, R-Ohio, launched his first formal investigation as chair of the House Judiciary Committee into Biden’s "mishandling" of classified records and the DOJ’s investigation.

Well,we certainly do not want to mishandle the docs the DOJ mishandled.
That is after they didn’t raid Brandon like they raided Trump.

The investigation ‘to nowhere’ being in jeopardy is a joke.
They just don’t want Jordan getting a hold of embarrassing information.
No one trusts them, when they didn’t reveal this until after the Midterms.
These functionaries have no shame. As if anything else would be expected.
I knew they were going to play the “Interfering with an on going investigation” card...
Remember how the press demanded that Jeff Sessions recuse himself during the “Russia, Russia” investigation, of which he dutifully complied.
Why aren’t they doing the same with Garland? Because the press and the DNC are one and the same. /spit
Who didn’t see that coming? That’ll be the response to any House committee trying to investigate the Bidens or any other Dim party illegal or unethical activities.
It’s starting already, so by the time the investigation is done Jordan will be retired.
This is unacceptable, what next, they can’t provide anything to the House because it would put sources and methods at risk.
Jordan should CALL the DOJ’s Bluff!!!
I would love to see Merrick Garland explain the SWAT raid on Jordan’s home. I wonder if DOJ is stupid enough to raid a sitting Congressman’s Congressional Office?
A bunch of schlubs broke into the Watergate and no one really treated the burglary as the crime of the century. But Nixon tried to cover-up what happened. THAT was the worstest thing ever. THAT was unforgivable. THAT was the crime of the century. Democrats have been saying for 50 years that the cover-up is worse than the crime. It’s a cancer on the presidency.
Of course they did, just like the FBI had Hunter’s laptop “under investigation” since December 2019. Its an excuse to eliminate any possibility of review, much less disclosure while these corrupt scumbos are in power, with the full partnership of DOJ and FBI.

If it was Trump, those docs would have been leaked by the DOJ last week.
They cannot indict a sitting president but the house could impeach. So, why not release the info to them? COVERUP.
Can someone dig through the archives and find an article VI. Perhaps it says something about calling up the militia to oppose a coverup by the Executive?

The DoIJ can stall for years, sanitize the evidence and send the rest down a memory hole; Jordan’s committee will go nowhere, and we’ll spend many millions on the go-nowhere investigation. Plus, the DNC-Media — but I repeat myself — will bury it.
