A shocking story has emerged out of Clearwater, Florida, where two saggy-pants-wearing thugs carjacked a woman and her son in the parking lot of a Bank of America. The story went viral after the fed-up “helpless” woman they targeted turned the tables on them. The punks definitely realized their big mistake too late.
A Clearwater, Florida, woman shot two thieves attempting to carjack her, resulting in the death of one of the suspects and a second-degree murder charge for the other. Now, many people are applauding her efforts to protect herself, her son, and her property from a couple of lowlifes.
Two would-be carjackers, 17-year-old Jernalen Dreshaw Coleman and 18-year-old Lasupta Singletary, likely believed that their intended victim, Louise Ornduff, would be an easy target. After all, by all appearances, she seemed to be a “helpless woman.” However, Coleman and Singletary could not have been more wrong about the Florida mother.
Seventeen-year-old Jernalen Dreshaw Coleman and 18-year-old Lasupta Singletary tried to carjack Louise Ornduff.
The two wayward teens planned to meet with Ornduff and her son Kalaeb in a Bank of America parking lot to discuss the sale of a Nissan Rogue. When they arrived, the suspects were armed and demanded the keys to Ornduff’s car, which Kalaeb was driving at the time. The suspects then drove away in the stolen car, likely thinking that they had pulled off the heist and would not be held accountable. Unfortunately for their young egos, that was far from the case.
Louise Ornduff immediately whipped out the firearm she was carrying on her person and fired a shot at them with her weapon.

Depending on Florida law. Shooting a fleeing suspect who is no longer a threat can be iffy.
I would bet anyone driving in that neighborhood keeps their firearms easily accessible.
The world, meanwhile, mourns the loss of another aspiring hip hop artist.

Thugs are tree dwellers not real smart just bold and sometimes dead.
Shooting a fleeing suspect who is no longer a threat can be iffy.
How about, in parking lot, she was in fear for her life as they began to circle around to run over her.
What does saggy pants have to do with anything that is not running?
Specially since the law now protects the criminal and prosecutes the law abiding. A/L/A, Kyle Rittenhouse, George Zimmerman, and the “Hands up, Don’t Shoot Policeman at Ferguson, MO.
This story is so poorly written that it’s hard to tell what actually happened, but I had the same thought.
Now, in Texas, there are circumstances in which one can legally use deadly force to protect what the law calls “mere property”, but I’m pretty sure that’s unique to Texas.
As things continue to deteriorate we’re going to see more ordinary people making these sorts of decisions, I’m sure, regardless of the specific laws in place. And if I’m on the jury, anyone who uses deadly force against an armed felon is going home.
That is a great story. The only ‘Bonk’ was that the writer posted the crime victim’s full name.
That makes me suspect the writer is not a huge supporter of
the 2-A, and is careless with information.

If you need to sell a vehicle to a stranger, arrange to meet in front of a police or sheriff’s department. If your customer doesn’t show up, you’ll know he wasn’t coming with good intentions.
There seems to be a never-ending contest among a certain demographic to not only come up with the stupidest haircuts, but also to give their kids the stupidest names — Jernalen? Lasupta?
I have a conservative black friend who calls these “ghetto names.” He says, “If you don’t want your kids to commit ghetto-like crimes, stop giving the kids ghetto names.”
Democrats will want to prosecute her.
Saggy pants is the uniform of thugs and wanna-be bad a$$es.
And walking around with your filthy underwear visible and stinky butt showing is an easy way to avoid those people and it is an excellent part of profiling.
I can’t recall off-hand anyone in a nice suite engaged in car-jacking.
