Law Enforcement will accept the wildings. But part of me wishes that a militia would show up and just put down the rioting in such a way that all the little rascals would say to themselves, “I’m never doing that again.”

And if Law Enforcement wanted to speak to the militia, it might be nice if Law Enforcement walked away, saying to themselves, “I’m never doing that again.”

It’s getting out of hand. It’s just allowed to happen, and that’s disgusting! Where are this time period’s rooftop Koreans? This seems like a moment for them.

Laws, courts and police forces were created mainly to prevent citizens from taking matters into their own hands out of necessity in the absence of justice. Fiddling with this arrangement is risky.

The right to self protection is fundamental to all creatures and is a natural law.

Memphis is surrounded by a significant number of folks who are heavily armed and who do not necessarily agree with nor approve of “mostly peaceful but firey” protests. Especially if they spill out of the, ah, duskier neighborhoods.

The militia movement had the chance of a lifetime in ‘20… they were very underwhelming.
