It is hard to tell who should be the most embarrassed: President Joe Biden, the Democratic Party, the American Bar Association, or Spokane Superior Court Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren.
In a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) asked Bjelkengren, “Judge, tell me what Article V of the Constitution does?”
Bjelkengren replied, “Article V is not coming to mind at the moment.”
This isn’t so bad. Not many people know what Article V of the Constitution does. It lays out the process for amending the Constitution. Most judges don’t see a lot of cases about Article V.
But then Kennedy continued. “How about Article II?”
To which Bjelkengren replied, “Neither is Article II.”
Now, we have problems.
The American Bar Association, which always gives Democratic judges better ratings than Republican judges, comes off bad here too. It gave Bjelkengren a “qualified” rating.

One must understand, this is exactly what the leftists want on the bench. They are gloating about it. They don’t hide it anymore. It’s like Fetterman and Kamala Harris.
The Senate will install him anyways. And with plenty of republican voting yeah to boot. At 25% of republican Senators are infiltrators.
Liberal thought process:
No need to amend the Constitution — courts will make the changes.
No need to refer to Article II — the Executive Branch has no limits.
The only qualification is she checked the right boxes.

There is no way a judge can be placed on the bench without knowing the constitution. This vote will never happen. Candidate will withdraw.
And they get confirmed and will soon be making life changing decisions for people.

It will be all fun and games until they get a real case. One where the crime is bad enough that even a liberal prosecutor will want to see the defendant in prison forever. And every decision made by the judge will be based on emotion rather than the law or established courtroom procedure.
Based on factors with no legal merit whatsoever. Social equity. Feelings. Identity inequity. Economic equity. Gender inclusion. Woke crap.
