You are full of unresolved rage. I would otherwise call this little outburst on your part insane, but I don’t think it is. It is a spiritual issue, IMHO.

Satan sneaks into us through our sins, like addictions of all kinds, including that to excessive anger. I suggest that you look into a religious retreat for a few weeks to contemplate your priorities and beliefs.
