Well, initially it was reported that some of the docs were on Ukraine. Probably why he felt he could threaten the prosecutor and then brag about later.
After decades of the fbi providing cover and protection to the Bidens illegal activities, what is the reason for the recent announcements? And for all of the biden crimes they could have “uncovered”, it’s not coincidence they chose classified documents.

Had evidence, “suggesting.” That’s not evidence. That’s called violating Trump’s civil rights. It’s unconstitutional and the judge who issued the warrant needs to be brought up on charges.

That’s pretty much been my thinking all along too. Three main reasons - they never raided Biden or his lawyers like they did Trump and his lawyers, Biden is President now so can’t be indicted for this anyway, and they have other charges they can pursue against Trump even if they drop the classified documents angle.
On the other hand, Matt Gaetz has come out and is claiming on Twitter Biden is going down so maybe he is, I’ll just have to see that one to believe it, because too many roads possibly lead out of that such as back to Obama.
