Probably more. But the Constitution did an insufficient job of giving us LIMITED government. It ought to be illegal for the federal government to do almost anything.

Run the courts? Fine. Deliver mail? Fine. Defend the border? Fine. But, in reality the government fails at all of those things — too busy watching over out Schools, our Health, and our morality.
