Government employee’s using taxpayer dollars to censor free speech and factual and truthful information, and then spread knowingly false assertions to the public.

Sure sounds like it should be a FELONY punishable by 20 years for all of them.

Well, #1 it’s a firing offense. And #2 such an action strips those employees of any civil liability shield that they would otherwise have as government employees, so they can be sued personally for civil rights violations.

But I don’t think it’s actually criminal. Perhaps it rises to a conspiracy charge or RICO act thing if you can connect this censorship to some other felonious/fraudulent activities.
