The name Amero was associated with the Judge that seemed “fair, measured, and impartial”, seemingly giving VoterGA a fair hearing before his court, and as you described..... “stringing along” ..... only to waste everyone’s time by dismissing the case for the same reasons that could have been used on day one.
This is not the first such voting case where a judge engaged in running out the clock on a case only to shut it down for subjective, opaque, and frivolous reasons.
What was also in mind was the 22 month federal statute requiring all election materials including physical ballots be preserves.
