Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has started implementing a new law in the sanctuary state of California that allows recently-arrived border crossers to police American citizens as law enforcement officers with local, county, and state agencies.
Last year, Newsom signed S.B. 960, which only requires that law enforcement officers in the state have a work permit to be employed in the United States — removing residency requirements that mandated law enforcement officers be either American citizens or green card-holders that had at least filed to become naturalized American citizens.

He wants to turn CA into Mexico. Complete with cops that shake you down for speeding and maybe even kidnap you.
Are we that short of American citizen police officers to where he’s seriously thinking of pinning a badge on lawbreaking illegals? That would be an impeachable offense if this was not essentially a One Party State.
The level of insanity in California is weapon-grade.
Does that mean, if they tell me they are moving into my house, and I object, does that mean the migrant can arrest me? Something tells me this isn’t very well thought out.
They will know just enough English to curse you out and start barking orders.

I was a payroll supervisor.
We needed correct & proper documents along with I-9 forms.
I couldn’t even hire my MOTHER without a correct I-9.
IMO, This legislation by Calif flies in the face of FEDERAL rules.

On the contrary, this is indeed very well thought out.
From that standpoint, you might be right. Does anyone expect these foreign invaders to be fair cops? I don’t think so. I think they will be as corrupt as the day is long.
Article says they have to have a work permit so I guess that means they are legal. A more permanent form of those seasonal workers that come every year?

Someone needs to challenge what gruesome newsome has done and take it all the way to the supreme Court if needed!

In the 1960’s in Chicago, a $20 was paper clipped to the back of your driver’s license.
You never got the $20 or paper clip back from a traffic cop.
