A few years ago my young niece (30 years old) was found to have a fairly serious heart condition. It wasn't immediately life threatening but it certainly needed to be addressed. Within 24 hours of the recommendation that she see an "interventional Cardiologist" she was in the recovery room of a world famous hospital sporting a new heart valve.
You won't find that in Britain...Canada...or many other places.
