“Does anyone remember why they pleaded guilty?”

They pointed guns at people who were not threatening them.

By size alone, That crowd streaming through private property seemed menacing enough to me!

And what law does that break?

“They pointed guns at people who were not threatening them.”

That’s not true. They were definitely being threatened.

Well all I can say is don’t come to Texas, riot, break into private property and expect to leave upright....

"They pointed guns at people who were not threatening them."
you mean as in immediate threat to their life? Given the rioters knocked down the front gate does suggest a personal threat to their safety.
It would be questionable if their life was in danger unless we know any of them had a weapon in their hands?

They were threatening according to reports I heard. They threatened to burn their house down. They broke down a metal/wrought iron fence to gain access to the gated neighborhood which right near their home. I think they webt on their property or were starting to before they got their guns but at the very least were on the sidewalk in front of their house saying threatening things. At one point I read the protesters either threatened or did kill their cat(not sure if my memory serves me on that one).

"They pointed guns at people who were not threatening them."

Those "people" had broken down the closed gate and invaded their property. "I" would say that those "people" WERE threatening them.

They broke down a metal gate on their home, for God’s sake.

Not so. The BLM mob broke down the gate to the private community clearly marked no trespassing. With the destruction of private property and the illegal gathering of the mob, these people clearly felt threatened. I admire their restraint.

I’m not sure what I would have done. IOW, don’t mess with a gated community. You don’t know what lengths they will go to protect their property. This could have easily been a massacre.

I would consider breaking through the gate into my gated community threatening.

Also, those guns were not loaded and one was not operable.

If you stop breaking your models, you won’t have to glue them back together so much and you will be able to think clearly.

There were verbal threats against them though the question is whether they rose to a chargeable level.

This judge is just a leftist little prick and may get her judicial ass reamed if her order is appealed.

A large criminally trespassing, boisterous mob with things in their hands sounds like a threat to me.

Can this judge be censured or impeached?
