You mean besides the fact that NPR is dependent on Big Government for their funding, and therefore beholden to their liberal globalist God-mocking agenda?
Hell, if the Lame Street Media just echoes the Democratic talking points why should we be surprised when the tax payer funded NPR does the same?

The headline says “We now know why” — well, I knew more than 20 years ago that NPR was a shill for the Democrat Far-Left Extremists. Nothing new there.
This article, I think, implies a specific trigger event which caused NPR to pay special attention to the cover-up of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Sure, NPR’s basic motivation is clear enough. But what was the specific trigger?
I’m hoping to see an email from a top FBI official to a top NPR official saying, “This laptop thing could be bad for us. We need you to squash this. Top priority. The Big Guy will be most appreciative.”
Sure, they wouldn’t be quite that explicit, but as it stands I don’t see the reason “We now know” why NPR called it a non-story.

NPR is our taxpayer-funded Communist news network. I used to lsten to my local classical music station which was affiliated with NPR, but Sirrius radio allowed me to listen to classical without ravings by idiots like Terry Gross.

I believe the powers that be have made a calculated and accurate guess that they can now pull this stuff over, with the “in your face” attitude.
What should have been the mother of all scandals, the Obama administration and virtually all his departments, were directly or indirectly involved with using government resources to spy on it’s political opponents. Look at how that was handled. It was denied, then proven. Then it wasn’t “wire tapping” because the spooks didn’t actually “wire tap” the phones, just used the CIA and FBI to hack communications. And, thanks to the Democrats and the willing MSM, the whole story got whitewashed - right before our eyes.
With control of the Senate and Executive Branch in the hands of the Democrats and the MSM, no matter what is exposed by the House Republicans and conservative media, nothing will ever happen.
