As a Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer assigned to a large training center I went to the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity management School and graduated after 4 months of 40+ hours per week instruction in Military Civil rights. This was in 1985. This was not my full time job, just a collateral duty. I got an achievement award for successfully handling 50 plus discrimination issues and conducting Civil Rights training. This is nothing new other than a lot of categories of discriminations are now front an center.

Thanks, but I’m talking about the senators who worked out what was going to be in the bill, and specifically this diversity training. It must have been a negotiating committee. Who were the GOO members of that committee who signed off on the diversity provision? We’re never told the names of the negotiators who are directly responsible for inserting this kind of crap into omnibus bills
