Yes it’s quite possible he paid her off, but there’s also the chance she was intimidated by the countersuit because she lacked enough proof that Dersh had sex with her. If she had to face him in court she would be asked about specific dates and other matters that she no longer remembered. So it’s hard to say for sure what the truth of this matter is.
I wonder why this woman hasn’t mentioned all the many other prominent people she was forced to sleep with? Have they paid her off and now she was coming for Dershowitz to do the same?
