It is unethical to treat mental illness with surgery.
It is like giving bariatric (stomach-reduction) surgery to someone with anorexia.
He has grounds to sue everyone who participated.
“He has grounds to sue everyone who participated.”
About the only cause of action I can see is failure to obtain his informed consent; i.e., they walked him down the garden path and didn’t tell him what he was in for.
I bless G-d every day for not making me a woman, and I honestly don’t know how real women do it. Starting age twelve, they bleed every month between their legs, starting at 15 men are always trying to do obscene things to them and lying and conniving to convince them, or using force even, then they fall in love with some boob, get penetrated, get pregnant, and give birth, and have to raise and nurture the little bugger, sometimes on their own. They deserve all the respect that they sometimes don’t even get.
But for a man to decide to have himself surgically and hormonally made into something resembling a woman, that’s just nuts, and an afront to real women. Man-liness is a good thing, provided you manage it properly.
