Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State and Central Intelligence Agency director, on Tuesday called on all Republicans to oppose a Democrat attempt to cram a bill that would create a mainstream media cartel into an unrelated defense bill.
“Giving the media cartel power is bad enough. The JCPA’s ‘China loophole’ means this will benefit our adversaries. All Republicans should oppose cramming this bad bill in the NDAA,” Pompeo tweeted.

Also, that defense bill contains MAKING WOMEN ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAFT AND MANDATES THEIR REGISTRATION. I do not ever recall hearing that even once in the last 3 years

He gets credit for his words but seriously this bill is payback by the politicians Democrat and RINO to the MSM for spinning the news their way.

This bill props them up. Essentially, they become "official" media, the USA version of Pravda. Of course, the bill also favors China.
