Funny. Maybe they will get Tesla and others to turn them off remotely to ensure compliance?

So, if France and Germany ban the gas car, lots of luck traveling in Europe. Back to horse and buggy? Or will they eliminate that too because “too much nitrogen emission”?

“Environmentalism fails because while they are great at banning things, they have no idea how to replace that which was banned.”

Absolutely right. “ban, ban ban” is all we ever hear from them. They NEVER answer “then what comes next?” Or if they do answer, it is a wet dream impossibility.

How the USA went from a real can-do spirit that could build anything in record time to a “do nothing and tear down what we have” mentality is a great mystery. Too much ease, material prosperity, government welfare, and leisure time allowed children to never grow up and be serious about the world around them. Our great success planted the seeds of our own destruction.

Uhhh, no.

Communism is great at taking wealth, only mediocre so so at ‘redistributing’ it.

Don't underestimate their intent.

They have no desire to replace what they've banned. They would simply ban the replacement.

Cultural decay.

Notice that we no longer produce any great art, music or cinema?

Notice that scientific achievements are few and far between?

Notice how we are reducing the value of human life?

This all comes from a cultural decay.

First of all, most people can’t afford to buy an EV

Now they may not be allowed to drive them

But Government still demands that by 2035, all auto sales will be EV

got that?

Exactly!!!
Another lockdown method?

RE: then typically is forced to import energy during the rest of the year as its nuclear resources, which it has been working to phase out, and its fossil fuel resources are not enough to meet demand.

Why are they working to phase out nuclear energy — One of the least greenhouse gas emitting source there is? Isn’t their problem self-inflicted?

“Cultural decay.” — result of too much success leading to too much time for frivolity, lack of seriousness about life and survival, and fatal complacency.

It didn’t turn out the way John Quincy Adams anticipated: “I am a warrior, so that my son may be a merchant, so that his son may be a poet.”

Turns out his grandson became a marxist bent on overthrowing all the good his grandfather did.
