Nothing of the sort.
I’m not optimistic, but I believe the Supreme Court will consider a case in January that covers widespread dereliction of duty by Congress. Violation of their oaths to support the Constitution. They failed to investigate a matter which they had a duty to investigate.
What do you do in a case like that? Will the Supreme Court just shrug it off? Maybe. But maybe not.
One way or another, we are in interesting times.

As much as it pains me in this case our Constitution doesn’t allow for a new election. The only option is to impeach both Biden and Harris simultaneously and then the Speaker of the House gets the job. If you want to do that you have to wait until the next House session

If the USA had any type of Department of Justice, there would be mass arrest across the country of all actors in this over throw of the US government.

Near as I can tell, the Constitution makes no provision for handling a clearly fraudulent election. I have absolutely no idea what the LEGAL recourse might be.

When the legislative, judicial, and executive branches collude to defeat the election of the leadership by the people of the United States of America, then the Constitution is no longer being followed, and is as dead as the Monarchy was in 1776.
The people voted on the Constitution as a way to govern ourselves, and when the contract is breached, then the remedies may include the voiding of the original agreement expressed by the people.
We the people must agree to the rules which govern us. Lately, we do not agree. Chaos ensues.
We must now fight for the means to govern ourselves once again -
We must have a Constitutional Convention, poste haste.
Trump is right - we need not be obedient to an Agreement that no longer is recognized as operative by any power base in the Country.

Sadly, USC provides for neither of those options.
Only option is to run and somehow overcome fraud in 2024.
