There is no looking at the ability to pay off the loan the student agreed to pay. If a law school student graduated and currently has a six figure job, why should they get a break?

If you went to a state school and weren’t over charged, you still are entitle to the loan forgiveness.

How can you overlook all the flaws in this EO? Going forward why would any student feel obligated to pay back their loan?

Going forward why would any student one feel obligated to pay back their ANY loan?

The biggest FLAW in the EO is that BIDEN doesn’t have the LEGAL POWER to execute any of it.
