The Republicans do not have control of Congress. They will have a majority in the House. Thanks to McConnell, the Dems still control the senate. Nothing the Repub House passes will get through the Senate.

Maybe it’s time to see the world. Live part of the year in a cheap place like Peru maybe spend time Israel and Italy and near the Pyramids of Egypt.
Politics aside, imagine having been born, grown up and lived in Bethlehem (unfortunately part of Palistine now - I think) or in Jerusalem.

I think charitable limits should be raised ten-fold, cut the gov programs, increase the percentage charitable companies have to pay out ten fold (I think it is a ridiculous 1%) and increase the fines and prison sentencing guideline ten fold for charitable cheats (businesses and taxpayers).

All the stupid party has to do is to defund the 87,000 new agents.
I think the idea is to perform annual audits on everybody down to a certain income level - one much lower than today. People like Trump and Musk get audited every single year - they want to do that to small business owners. Many of us already retain good CPA's so it will be a waste of the IRS's time if they audit us - but there are a lot of sole proprietors and single-employee eBay and Amazon businesses who still do it themselves with TurboTax and may be very vulnerable.
