I assume the supervisor of county knows more than the writer at national review when it comes to voting in his district.

The games these idiots are playing in Cochise County are going to cost the GOP a House seat.

And for what? A symbolic "tilting at windmills" protest against elections held in another county over?

God, we are truly the stupid party. I’m convinced that there is a sizable segment of Republicans who just like losing so that they can play the “We wuz robbed!” victim card.

There should be no need to certify if those who hold that duty cannot refuse. They hold NO POWER at all if they cannot refuse to certify.

This does need to be litigated all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, if necessary.

You both make the precise point — Failures by Cochise County Supervisors to certify the Republican majority in Cochise County is a senseless and even damaging ploy.

The initial delay to the certification, just like Mohave delayed, both striving to call attention to improprieties and concerns that could be addressed by failure to certify in Maricopa County for the things that happened in that county, were useful for attention it raised to county board powers. But this failure to certify at all is just not doing the job you agreed to do when elected.

Those that want just “another futile gesture” that makes us look like idiots makes me disgusted with our intelligence.

So lawyers today don’t want to take cased they don’t think they can win. But even more so they know that by taking such a case then every leftist wacko in the country will go on a rampage against the lawyer. Also meaning that here future client and job prospects will be destroyed. There are no lawyers who will actually stand up for something good these days.

Republicans and Democrats should stop making claims about voter fraud that cannot stand up in court.

BULL$HIT!

The lawyers who are UNWILLING, in this case, to enter into the arena are CONTROLLED by BOTH Politics and Money.

And in every case the LAWYERS were more than happy to represent the GOOFBALLS who filed suit.

Lawyers LOVE MONEY!... except in Cochise County Arizona when it ISN'T politically expedient.

The people who run the elections and must vote to certify now apparently have no choice on whether to certify or not if they see something fishy.

Joe Stalin would approve.

They did see something fishy. Funny how littke things like that don't get reported. They were concerned that the machines in Cochise were NOT certified by a properly accredited firm and that they had a right under Katie Hobbs' own Elections Procedure Manual to inquire about it. Hobbs apparently refused to discuss it and Marc Elias (her lawfare guy) said "see you in court."

At any rate, as of about an hour ago, these Supervisors have a lawyer according to one report I saw. Gutsy folks, they are.

The board in question can ask the judge for an evidentiary ruling on whether the election was LAWFUL given: AZ Law [cite conflict of interest statute] states current office holders shall avoid all official duties from a conflict of interest such as being SoS of AZ in an election of which she is a candidate. [picture of Hobbs in counting room during election, no escorts, no other candidates allowed, performing her SoS election duties]. If this violates election law, can the election truly be claimed as 'LAWFUL'?

Ask the judge if further example necessary. Did the delay in fixing the broken machines cause voter disenfranchisement? Whether it affected the results is immaterial, did it violate state election law?

The Cochise County Supervisors are refusing to certify results in Cochise County to protest the election day problems in Mariposa County. How throwing away Republican votes in Cochise is going to make up for fraud in Mariposa is a puzzler.

SOMEbody has to force the issue somehow, somewhere. If you cannot get an honest election in Maricopa, the problem cannot be solved internally. The author seems indifferent to massive fraud in Maricopa County.

When you are blackballed and kicked out of the BAR for you clients you don’t defend them. This will only get worse as the marxist revolution progresses.

.....

It is not a man’s duty, as a matter of course, to devote himself to the eradication of any, even the most enormous, wrong; he may still properly have other concerns to engage him; but it is his duty, at least, to wash his hands of it, and, if he gives it no thought longer, not to give it practically his support. If I devote myself to other pursuits and contemplations, I must first see, at least, that I do not pursue them sitting upon another man’s shoulders. I must get off him first, that he may pursue his contemplations too.

.....

If the injustice is part of the necessary friction of the machine of government, let it go, let it go: perchance it will wear smooth- certainly the machine will wear out. If the injustice has a spring, or a pulley, or a rope, or a crank, exclusively for itself, then perhaps you may consider whether the remedy will not be worse than the evil; but if it is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law. Let your life be a counter-friction to stop the machine. What I have to do is to see, at any rate, that I do not lend myself to the wrong which I condemn.

Republicans have claims that CAN stand up in court, but the court won’t give them a hearing.

Republicans and Democrats should stop making claims about Democrat voter fraud that cannot stand up in Democrat courts.

fixed it for you.

LOLOL!

Explain to us, Oh Wise One, how exactly do you get a Democrat "judge" to rule that there's Democrat vote fraud?

We're waiting.
