Right, the traditional budget process was just kind of chucked out the window never to be seen again. When was the last time we had a normal budget...sometime back in the Obama years, right?

Now it’s these Clown World omnibus bills that get worked out behind closed doors and then shoved down the country’s throat on a “must pass” basis. Trillions of dollars being decided outside of the constitutional structure.
