We went thru this kind of nonsense in my previous town in OR. The Greenies had taken over the county & they were telling people they couldn’t fertilize or poison within 10 feet of a creek or water source. Why can’t the Netherlands just institute a bumper area like this? Why take down the whole farm? True insanity.
I can’t log within 100 ft of the class 1 stream even on the north side. Pesky sunlight might overheat the water and kill steelhead and non native salmon that were planted illegally.
