Russia will develop much greater manufacturing capabilities.
Its weapons will become much better. They will eventually become battle-proven.
That is the fear that Russia actually learns from their terrible performance, but it will take quite a transformation from their existing methods. They don’t have an educated NCO tier in the military. It’s basically Brains (officers) and bodies (enlisted/conscription). Which is doomed to failure until they change that methodology.
