The Georgia Supreme Court has ruled in favor of allowing early voting this Saturday for the U.S. Senate runoff election.
The state and some Republican groups previously objected to having early voting this weekend, citing a provision in state law preventing in-person early voting on a Saturday if it preceded a holiday.
Georgia's U.S. Senate runoff between Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock and GOP candidate Herschel Walker is set to take place Dec. 6.
The state high court issued a one-sentence order ruling to allow the early voting without comment.
The Warnock campaign has argued that provision did not apply to statewide runoff elections.
The Georgia Supreme Court's ruling upholds a lower court's approval for the early voting accommodations.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas A. Cox Jr. made the decision after hearing arguments on Friday, according to FOX 5.

Driver’s license even if expired, college ID.....
valid tribal photo ID containing a photograph of the voter.
Voters without ID: If you are unable to provide ID, you will be able to vote a provisional ballot. You will need to provide a copy of your ID within three days after the election to your County Board of Elections and Registration. As long as you do so, your provisional ballot will be counted, as long as you are otherwise eligible to vote.

As I’ve stated many times before, the much touted election bill that caused the All Star game to get moved didn’t really do much. And it’s apparently stricter than Floridas.
To think, the original version banned mail in voting, etc, but all of that was forced out by the powers that be.
They were preparing for Saturday voting, and the Republicans weren’t. I don’t necessarily consider this cheating. I do think the Republicans should learn to play by the new rules. In a state like Georgia, the Republicans should be stomping the Democrats ass. Adapt and overcome.

No, but Walker should be out there getting voters to vote on Saturday. It’s opportunity for Republicans to. so stupid thinking that only Democrats vote on Saturday.
