House and Senate Democrats are pleading with President Joe Biden to open American taxpayer-subsidized Obamacare rolls to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
In a letter signed by 86 House and Senate Democrats, the lawmakers beg Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to rescind a federal regulation that would open Obamacare to DACA illegal aliens — paid for by American taxpayers.

It remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend in the name of INTRAstate healthcare, Pelosi's scandalous Obamacare unconstitutional imo.

So, military and federal employment healthcare benefits aside, not even citizens should be getting federal healthcare.
More specifically, citizens shouldn't be paying unconstitutional federal taxes for Obamacare. Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to work with their respective state MAGA lawwakers to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes so that the individual states can find new revenues to give the legal majority citizen voters of a given state the kind of state healthcare programs that they want as the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended.
In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, a constituional lawmaker, had clarified that the Founding States gave the care of the people to the states, not the federal government.
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. This is leading to confiscating all the money you earn and distributing it to people who vote democrat. IOW communism.
Why would they want obamacare when they get medical care for free?
